Each session includes:

  • Signature warm up series

  • High Intensity Interval Training to increase metabolic function

  • Strength and Stretch

  • Targeted Core work (these muscles are super important for more than just buffness- they help with your spine which is where your nervous system runs-not to mention your energy bodies that’s more complex then we have time to cover in this bullet point, but just know that there is more to it then just sit ups:)

  • Relaxation/Mindfulness/Gratitude (Gratitude rewires neural networks to improve conscious connection to whatever it is you believe in- god, buddha, a lampshade increased feel good vibes are good for EVERYONE:))
